FERGUS, Ont.– After five collisions and two trips to the hospital in the span of a few hours yesterday, it's safe to say one Cambridge woman had a bad day on the roads.

Kelly Cooper, 40, was to spend the night in a Hamilton hospital after her car rolled repeatedly for about 200 metres along Hwy. 6 north of Guelph.

Two hours earlier, she was in an SUV driven by her boyfriend as it flipped on Hwy. 6, south of Elora.

Provincial police say the first rollover was the last in a succession of four accidents that began at 9 a.m.

A 42-year-old Fergus man is facing three counts of failing to remain after three cars were hit within a half hour before the rollover. He also faces drug impairment charges
